This is a poor excuse for a law firm. I had my first accident in October of 2013 didn't know what to do so of coarse I was dumb and gave this place my case! It is now March 2015 and I have yet to receive my settlement offer which by the way was ridiculous. My offer is not why I am writing this review because money never had anything to do with it, I want to actually help people out. When you are in an accident you want someone to help you out and be your voice for these insurance companies and this company does not do this at all. Never answering your phone calls and never calling back even if you leave millions of messages I feel like is super normal in all big firms. I feel like when I call no one knows where my file is so they bullshit there way through the phone call and tell me the exact same thing they told me last time I called which is weeks ago at a time. Just please don't use these services this company is terrible and you are better off going to a less recognized firm where people will actually care.
