I had never heard of this place prior to my fiance suggesting we go. We were on the hunt for all new furniture for our new house, so I was up for anywhere that might bring good deals.
I don't know how or where they get their furniture, but we're not taking about just garbage cheap furniture here. During our visit, we saw furniture from Ashley's, The Brick, etc. So it's certainly not boutique furniture, and some of it is dated, but overall the selection is quite impressive.
The service we received was okay. Due to the size of this place, expecting a sales person to follow you around or be available when you're ready is unrealistic. This place is enormous! But it's size is also why I knocked it down a star. It's really too big, especially when you consider the lack of organization. Everything is just laid out as it comes in, so there doesn't appear to be any structure to the chaos. But in the end, if you're looking for furniture that you would find somewhere like The Brick or Ashley's, it's worth the trip.
