I love the Venetian. I am so glad that they are not charging for parking. I came here with my girlfriend to see a show last night (Human Nature Jukebox). We decided to try this restaurant because of the seven dollar happy hour sign outside the restaurant.
The service was a little bit lacking, but the food was pretty good for the happy hour menu. Our waiter's name is Aldo S., this guy does not smile, very slow in coming to our table, when he finally came to our table he says, "Happy Hour!" We asked for some lemons for a water, he forgot. about it! It took forever for him to take our orders. Finally, we got our food and we asked the guy who put the food to our table for some bread, this man was very rude, he said to us that we have to ask your waiter!! He walked away, as if he didn't give a crap!! This is terrible service, and I blame it on the management for not training these waiters and wait staffs!! We look for our waiter for the longest time, finally, Aldo S. Came to our table. Again, we asked for lemons for our water and some bread! After about eight more minutes, Aldo came back with some sliced lemons and bread!! This waiter is obviously not happy with his job, he doesn't smile and he acted like he's
Annoyed with us for the things we ask him for. There are so many restaurants at the Venetian, unfortunately this waiter ruined this Nice restaurant reputation!
Everything was very delicious, but the calzone, was just too salty for me. I would come back here again, but, I hope the management would have retrained the waiters and wait staffs for better services.
