This is us, 2.5 weeks after purchasing a vehicle with extended warranty from Honda BMW of Champaign. Brake pads completely gone. Metal on metal. My husband is hurt and we are stranded. When we called to report this, the gentleman on the phone told us "'As is' means as is."
Update- owner Ben contacted my husband and refused to work with us unless we removed photos and reviews first. Acknowleged that a technician marked our brake pads as low without replacing them before the sale, but also stated "if you want to go to war, we'll go to war." Argued with me on Facebook for hours while we were on the side of the road instead of providing any concrete assistance of any kind.
