Great happy hour! We went for the late night happy hour arriving around 2 am on a weekday. I didn't know what to expect, but it wasn't busy at all. There were plenty of small cozy tables available. Half of the bar was empty as well.
The cocktail waitress was so nice- some of the friendliest Vegas drink service I've ever had! The 2 for 1 happy hour is an awesome deal!
The views were pretty cool. You can see all of the bright Vegas lights at night (I need to come back for daytime happy hour so I can see the views during the day). The music was good too. It was loud enough to give you a lounge feel, but not overly loud to where you couldn't have a conversation.
So 1 star off for the restrooms. The women's restroom wasn't very clean. There were spilled drinks all over and lots of empty glassware.
