This company is the worst , that I have ever dealt with. They are all unprofessional and they don't know what is going on. NO COMMUTATION! We bought a living room suit, it had to have some work on it, so now they the store in Monroeville said we could get another one.
Well they have cancelled the delivery three times. Today on May 5th 2016, The guys who bring the furniture in came to take the bad living room set, us thinking they had our furniture didn't ..
The guys were wonderful, they were nice, it has nothing to do with the delivery people. The store in Monroeville, is unbelievable. They the store made it like we had it repossessed, this is very embarrassing, and to make matters worst it is my birthday tomorrow with nothing to sit on . This is ashame that this company does not care what they do..... They are horrible I will never shop there again . They can give me my money back, or give me the best living room set, they have and I will NEVER , NEVER, EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SUNDAY IS MOTHER'S DAY THANKS BOB, WONDERFUL JUST WONDERFUL
