I love Red Bowl and the food here. I've never had a negative experience until today. Tell me how much sense this makes. I was going to get a bento box which includes an appetizer, sushi roll, entree, and rice. I asked if I could get the sushi roll deep fried and the girl says no but you can get it deep fried if its not in the bento box. The difference is we have to send it from the sushi bar back to the chef. Um...wouldn't you need to send both back to the chef? So she goes to check on it with another waitress comes back and says yes you can do that on the bento box but it costs $1 extra. REALLY?!?!? What logic is that??? I can understand if they're hurting me for money or if there was an ingredient addition or change but really?!?
