I had to buy prairie dog food in a pinch since I forgot to do my online order. I buy from Exotic pets when needed to hold me over but they were also out, they carrier the same brand I feed. My husband found this store to buy a small plastic jar for $18. I could buy a 10lb bag for $22 normally from exoticnutrition.com Shocked about the price I ask him to go return the product one hr later after purchase and that I will just buy online. Well load and behold no cash refunds. What a rip off this place is! Also their attitude stinks. The guy my husband dealt with siad "shit" after every comment. And the attitude received when trying to return was less then appropriate. Just wow! Can't believe these ppl are in business with the kind of attitude they have towards their customers. You think you would want to do the return and have a repeat customer then turn someone away for good. Oh well hope this helps anyone looking to buy from this place.
