Dr's are great there, love Dr Hartsook, patient and real caring, been bringing my girls there for several years,..however lady at front didn't take me in after I signed my name on list way before several clients came in afterwards. She just never checked , and when she finally did I had to give her Id and insurance card. Next time don't rely on writing your name on and just sitting down like your suppose to do. Hand in your Id and insurance card before you sit down.
