I am very happy to say we had an incredible experience with Dollar self Storage #11 on Ocotillio. We shopped around and chose them because of their price and location. We had a 10x10 unit for a few years and the customer service was exceptional. I had to bother them with everything from changing my address, changing my payment method, changing move-out dates, etc...and every time I contacted them they were as friendly and professional as possible. Unfortunately, as we all know, this is becoming rarer and rarer in society.
Most importantly, when we cleared out the unit after several years everything was perfect. No weather/moisture damage, no guys, everything was exactly like we left it.
I would not hesitate using them or recommending to anyone!
