Overall a negative customer experience. Had to be numbed several times, had to be rescheduled twice because the power went out (unavoidable) but I was miserable before that happened. I had a cap that needed to be put on, after being numbed several times apparently I was bleeding after the cap got sealed and the dr had to yank it off surprisingly it did not tickle. That's when the power went out and I was sent home with a temporary cap that had to be manually sealed with paste at home and fell off constantly. As far as billing goes I was reassured by not one but two people my account was 0.00 and everything was paid, although I was not happy with the care I was relieved to be done with this office. Months later I get a call from a collections agency saying I owe them money, never received a notice or any forewarning calls. Today I wake up with the worst pain, the cap is totally discolored, all could have been avoided with the correct diagnosis and professional care. A total inconvenience not to mention having to miss work and reschedule around their mistake $900+ later and still not resolved. Would never go back I'm terrified a cap should not be a gray color when it started out as white.
