I have never had so much trouble with the post. The first letter I tried to mail from a Cleveland Heights postal box never arrived at its destination. The second letter I mailed arrived at its destination 4 weeks after I dropped it off. Most troubling was that the person I mailed the letter to told me the post mark was dated THREE AND A HALF WEEKS after I had actually mailed it. (That is, I mailed it October 10 but the postmark was dated Nov 2.) This sort of incompetence can I have real consequences for people trying to pay bills on time! Awful.
