I read previous reviews before I visited this place to get a sense of the place. I went on a Sunday and it was incredibly busy (2 hour wait) although the receptionist did say it was abnormal for it to be busy. I waited outside in the waiting room for 2 hours than I got moved into an examination room and had to wait another half an hr. The doctor came to give my kitten her vaccination. He told me to hold my kitten and I tried however the her bites were terrible and I was losing my grip. The doc was in the middle of giving the vaccine until I accidentally let go bc my kitty bit me too hard. The doc LET GO OF THE NEEDLE AND HALF OF IT WAS STILL IN MY KITTEN.
Than he rolled his eyes and said "if you can't do it I'll call in a nurse to hold her". YES I WOULD have appreciated a nurse to have held her to begin with since I'm new at this kitty parenting thing. Anyways I only came here bc the vaccinations were cheap but I would NOT come here for serious medical conditions.
