From the decor to the people, this place is absolutely fantastic. Having recently moved to Phoenix, I stumbled upon this fire station while looking for a new go-to bar... and now I'm never going any place else! They currently distill their own gin, rum, and vodka, with special infusions done in house (ahem, try the jalapeño gin!), as well as import a 3yr Canadian whiskey. There is no food currently but they are planning on serving some light fare towards the end of April if I'm correct. If you are really hungry, the bartenders encourage you to order food and have it delivered or bring some of your own. And speaking of the bartenders, Mariah and Megan are wonderful. When I grow tired of my go-to drink, Bees in the Garden (gin, lavender, honey, and lemon), I have unwavering faith that they will make something else I'll enjoy. Cheers to a great distillery!
