I have currently lived here for almost two years. I started in a one bedroom which I really loved. So after a year I upgraded to a two bedroom because I had just had a baby. I have never had a problem with the office staff. They have always been really great and helpful. :) I would stay here but I am ready to get a house for my little one!
My only complaints I have are:
1) I moved to an apartment that had neighbors that would come upstairs and yell at me every time I dropped something or walked too fast OR my son ,that just learned to crawl, crawled.
2) I have lived in AZ for 16 years and NEVER had an A/C bill this high. My sister lives down the street in a bigger apartment and keeps her A/C at 73 degrees, I kept mine at 80 degrees ALWAYS, unless I wasn't home it would be at 83 and my bill was always about $100 more than hers.
3) My mom parked in a spot for literally two seconds to drop off my son and my neighbor called and complained I was in her spot and I got a warning. That neighbor NEVER uses that spot because she has a garage but she has nothing better to do but complain - So if you choose to move here be prepared for the Scottsdale snobs.
Other than those three things I really liked living here. It's a safe area and the apartments are really nice and well managed. I've never renewed at an apartment complex before so I would definitely have to say this was my favorite place I've lived - minus the Scottsdale snobs of course..
