Being familiar with two really nice Whole Foods in Raleigh NC and in Greenville SC, I was very excited about Whole Foods coming to Huntersville. On a scale of one to ten I give THIS location a 2! I was sooooo disappointed the first time I walked in. It's so under par compared to other Whole Foods stores. I was particularly looking forward to the food and salad bar. What is this stuff you make? How long does it sit on the bar?
At this point I have been several times only to make one or two purchases of a specific item. It could be so much better. What happened? Why did you make so many changes from the other stores?
By the way, customer service could be a lot better if workers weren't so busy talking to each other rather than focusing on the customer in front of them.
So disappointed in this store.
