We just stayed at the Marriott old town Scottsdale. Since they do not have a convenient way to review it, I'll do it here.
We were so disappointed in this hotel.
Rooms: First room we were taken to smelled SO BAD that the bell manager would not let us stay. Second room was better...even though these are two rooms, there is no place to put your stuff?? Rooms just felt unclean??
housekeeping: was the worst...blood on fresh towels...YUCK. Vanity is the smallest I have tried to use. Shower is tiny also. (Wash your feet??? Pops the door open) AND NO HOT WATER.!!
food service: food was just ok. Room service was limited and was just ok...not great. Food in the restaurant was a yucky breakfast with a waitress that could care less!
Laundry for guests: 4 machines that two were broken but at least they were free.
Front desk: was less than professional looking and valet bell service was disorganized. Two elevators which one was always broken.
Review: we'll never stay there again. There is better places in the area. Their website looks great...do not be fooled.
