Took my car (2014 Camaro) in for a noise or "rattle" when I step on the gas. Ended up with an oil change and tire rotation that I did not authorize! This is the 3rd time I brought the car in for the "rattle" and asked if someone could ride with me to hear it. I was told not to worry. Talked to someone in service who told me they can check for the rattle again next time I bring it in! We bought the car from Freeway Chevrolet, but get the service done at Courtesy. The manager argued with me about all of this! If you have a choice, don't buy your car from, or take your car to, Courtesy Chevrolet. There's no "courtesy."
