I've been going here only a few months just to pick up items from Amazon or other companies. So I decided to come here to ship a box. The guy there told me..the box will be shipping out by USPS and that's fine. When I ask is needed to tape the box up, he gave me 4 UPS LABEL TO TAPE THE BOX. I asked him if I can use his tape. He told me that I needed to purchase a roll of tape...really disappointed in the customer service. I decided to go to another location that I've been going for the past few yrs. 8020 S. Rainbow near the Smith's. The rainbow location has always been professional and provided great customer service. In the end the Rainbow location took care of the package.
