This was a customer service nightmare. I arrived at 4:15 when I was supposed to check in at 4:30. I figured I might get a jump on things. They did not call me back (after I said something) until after 5:30. I ended up leaving there around 6:45. The front desk never informed me that they were running behind (they only had one MRI tech working at an imaging center). When I was brought back, the instructions were vague. Also the MRI tech had no idea what part they were supposed to image. This was unprofessional at best. They offered nothing to make me feel better about the situation. I will most definitely look for another imaging center if ever needed in the future.
