This bootcamp is awesome. It has every aspect a successful, friendly, caring local business should have. The founder, Curtis, is there everyday at 3:30am getting ready for the day of camp. He creates, and performs every work out before he instructs the rest of us and it shows. He knows the exact way you should be moving, and can pick you out from a crowd if the movement is even slightly off to help us correct it.
He makes a point to learn everyone's names, which is truly mind blowing. He may not realize it, but hearing your name called out is really motivating, it shows he doesn't see us as a mob, he sees us as individuals who have a place in his heart and he wants us to be the best we can each be. The other trainers he works with are also amazing in their own ways.
The teamwork and "group spirit" here is unmatched. We are all connected and are there for each other at all times. Everyone feels welcome, there is no one who would feel left out or left behind, which is a typical feeling at a lot of other bootcamp/group type classes.
Curtis has left a huge impression in my family's lives, and its a common topic in the household. He has brought my dad and I even closer as we attend almost every class together everyday.
Also, not only is this an amazing bootcamp workout, this company gives back to the community in more ways than I can describe. Not only are we all getting sexy at camp, but we are making a difference in Phoenix :)
