Instead of taking advantage of my lack of knowledge & convincing mr to buy stuff I either didnt need or wouldn't like they were patient and straight forward; explaining things in simple english. Aaron actually taught me ohms law & how it applied to my builds. They have done several custom builds for me for tips and Alicia also replaced a ohm reader I bought from them without hesitation or question. I also got to sample a few hits of a new all VG juice made from all natural extracts instead of chems & flavorings. I was so impressed I bought 2 in advance.. its a family business that treats their customers like family.
