Well Alex K from ABC Hyundai responded asking why the 1 star and what he could do to help. Well i thought i was pretty direct in my original review. I know the response from ABC is a template they slap on a review. My response is either get rid of the reconditioning charge of $1,995.00 or include it in the price of the car. Now we all know not everyone pays that but unfortunately some do. As a consumer when shopping for a car we see a price and can figure total cost with sales tax etc. That's a bit hard to do when there is nothing ever said about the reconditioning fee until after the test drive when you sit down and wait another 20-30 mins for them to come and sit. There is nothing on the website or in the dealership. So ABC try either removing the fee or include it. Don't mislead your potential customers.
