If it was possible to get less than a star I would. Their five star reviews were what l led us to call them and hire them. We paid $800 .. They came out ran a camera down and saw that the tree roots were a problem with the sewer. They used the snake, and wanted to make one more pass to make sure. At that time the snake got stuck. They tried to use a truck to pull it out which obviously made it worse. They refused to come and get their equipment. Wanting us to pay $3,000 for them to dig it out.
