The poor reviews are very fitting. Visited the salon on this past Wednesday and left without being serviced. I refused to spend my hard earned money somewhere I'm not even acknowledged. I was there 10 mins, came through the door-no greeting. As I browsed the subpar polish selection, no one asked how they could help/what services I was interested in. One nails tech even came to the front to cash out a customer and do you think she said anything to me?! No!!! Clearly this is the norm for them, but I won't ever be back. No one is asking for rose petals to be thrown at their feet, but dang does it cost you anything to say hello??? Ugh.
