DAMAGED THE PAINT ON MY VEHICLE AND WILL NOT PAY FOR THE DAMAGE OR REFUND MY MONEY SINCE "services were rendered" AND THEY HAVE "no liability" for what their workers did or did not do. what company makes you pay $50.69 for their employees to permanently damage your vehicle? My hard tire cover has never come off my vehicle. After going through the wash, I am being told it fell under the vehicle and the driver didn't hear the load noise of him dragging it across the parking lot to be dried. Once he got it to the drying area, he threw his hands up and shrugged his shoulders, hid it behind the trash bin and I was not notified by one person working nor was the manager onsite. I was walking around my vehicle and looking for it, no workers saying a word trying to hide this mistake from me when the other people that were waiting on their cars who witnessed the whole thing had to tell me what happened and where they hid my tire cover. It was at this point a worker finally spoke to me and asked if I wanted a manager, I said yes. The worker then tried to start buffing out the damage that the driver had done. It can't be buffed out since it took the paint completely off the cover. I filed a report and was told I would get a callback today, the 2nd manager in charge had no business cards to give me. I then called 2 hours upon me leaving because I wanted a full refund. The damage, time and hassle this has and will caused is already ridiculous and I didn't think I should have to pay for the services provided. I had to leave a message for Brian, when he didn't call me back, I had to call him again this morning. He informed me they are not liable for the damage which is insane. The noise that the people described, they said the driver just didn't care and it was obvious. I then told Brian exactly what happened with his employees hiding this from me and he said that is not what he was told. So now, not only do I have damage to me car, think very little of the employees and leadership at this location but I am being told they are not responsible and I won't be getting a refund and I am completely unclear if Jackson's will be paying for the careless damage that their driver caused to my vehicle. Brian said he would need to look at the security tape after I explained what happened and he will be getting back to me. This is beyond poor customer experience. Why had he not already looked if I left a message yesterday and why is he taking the word of these employees that tried to hide the act in the first place from me, the customer. I truly believe that they were hoping I didn't notice the cover gone and I would just leave not knowing any better. Shame on all the employees that have "helped" me so far. I was a full refund and I want the damage to my car fixed. Brian--the manager called me back and stated: No liability- the black was clearly showing which indicates it's loose. The only thing not acceptable was him throwing his hands in the air and I will talk to him about that. They just didn't get a chance to help or explain. He said "absolutely not" they were going to tell me even though they hadn't alerted me or a manager. When I asked if he clearly knew it was loose, why wouldn't an employee and he said it's because of his 15 years of history. His workers wouldn't know that so it was a problem with the vehicle even though I've never had this problem before and his employees don't need to look under vehicles and maybe the radio was on and that's why he didn't hear it scraping across the parking lot like everyone else. I advised my radio was off, something I always do because you pull up and talk to the workers. I asked for a refund, he declined and offered me a free oil change and carwash and said it clearly shows on all their receipts, no refunds. At this point, I had to actually tell him I never wanted to go back here again with this terrible customer service and now having to listen to the main manager blaming me and defending all of his employees actions and telling me that I have to pay $50 for getting my car damaged by his employees and telling me it's not their fault is beyond infuriating. This call turned into him defending everything that was done when there is no defending the type of behavior that his employees displayed yesterday. He was even concerned that no one alerted the manager on duty. I wanted a name and number above him, he informed me that they would just route the call right back to him. I asked for it anyway and said I would prefer to speak to someone that can actually give me my money back as I think an exception should be made in this case. Got a callback from corporate that had the exact same tune as Brian. Said that the most they can do is give me quotes from body shops for me to pay for the damage myself and they will not be refund me any money. I'm not sure what type of manager really can't credit back $50.69 when their company damaged your car. heather Hendin, the vp won't call me back.
