I wish I could give zero stars for this business. I had an unfortunate accident with my iPhone 4S and I was eligible for an upgrade to a 5s. After the salesperson said they didn't have any and it could take up to 2 weeks to get one, he reached into a cabinet and miraculously found one. It was black (I wanted white) and it was a 32 gig (I only need a 16). I was willing to spend the extra $100 for it to have it today. Then he said I would be responsible for a $39 restocking fee since it was ordered by someone else and never picked up. He wouldn't budge even though I was willing to give him $300 for a phone I didn't really want. So, the manager comes over and says he will waive the restocking fee as long as I buy the insurance for $139! Then he says he can just sell the phone to someone else. I'm lucky enough to be able to wait for another phone, so we walked away so another sucker an be taken by these greasy used car sales rejects! So, they would rather lose a customer over $39 than provide a good customer experience for a loyal verizon customer. Keep your stupid phone, I'll be fine!
