Great customer service, really helpful. Drivers were professional and friendly. We moved from Missouri to Arizona and they were able to guarantee a three day drop off for a little extra. Way better than Pods nine day drop. We rented the 28ft trailer. The only issue I had is the weight of the loading ramp and the partition wall, both were super heavy and more work than I planned on doing at the end of loading everything. Be sure you have it in you to move those behemoths around... it was all I could do. Lastly the no lock provided was inconvenient, but that's being kinda picky I suppose. Overall, this is a good company to use.
