NO HOT WATER!!! Totally unsanitary!
I used to come to this location regularly. I use the restroom and tried to wash my hands with hot water and there wasn't any so I told the lady at the front desk who told me it wasn't her responsibility and she didn't own the place. I called the corporate office and spoke to someone who lied to me and told me someone would be out that day to fix it, and now I'm back two weeks later and try to wash my hands and still no hot water. Now I asked the lady at the front how they wash the towels and she told me just in cold water. Absolutely filthy. This also means all the employees are using the restroom without washing their hands properly and then folding all the towels that haven't been sanitized correctly.
