Dr Gross and Dr Merchant are AWESOME! I love this place!! Their staff is extremely friendly and caring. Not only do they always welcome you, the use your name each and every time. This personal touch makes all the difference. Even my regular Dr doesn't take this much care when I visit his office and he charges my insurance a ton!
They also very accommodating,even when I missed an appointment or showed up early they have found a way to get me in every time.
The 10 minute massages given by Eric and Amanda prior to my adjustments are the best! It helps to loosen you up for the actual adjustment. They are kind and give the best massages! I love the water table too! The heat and jet pressure are a great way to get you relaxed prior to the adjustment.
Their pricing is very reasonable, and they do not over bill the insurance company. My initial exam included x-rays which are priceless when going to a chiropractor. They go over these with you and offer a plan to help you not just random adjustments in hopes to help.
I would never go to any other Chiropractic office! I look forward to the hands on adjustments and l feel better after each and every visit!
