Stay away from this HOA. This HOA enjoys to raise rates every single year and creates ridiculous reasoning behind it. They have raised the rates 5 dollars every year since I've moved in 2013. The community is a small older townhouse community in an older area of town with 1 small pool and the tennis courts were recently repaired with mats instead of real tennis court grounds. It was a big deal to just get them to replace the lights in the parking spaces!! 170 dollars a month is ridiculous at this point and there is no end to their yearly increase. I am looking into selling my home at this point
