So I bought this on a Groupon for 1800 for both eyes to correct near sighted issues. I was - 3.75 in both eyes and could not see far away. I called first to ask them if the groupon price was for the same services that you would get if you came in and paid the normal price of about $3,500. The person on the phone indicated that you would get the same treatment regardless of how you paid. So I went ahead and bought the Groupon and scheduled my consultation. After meeting with someone and finding out I was a good candidate they informed me that my Groupon did Cover the cost of the surgery but it did not cover a couple other things. Those other things being the tear plugs, which will dissolve naturally, that they insert under your eyes on the bottom so that your eyes will stay more moist during the healing process whereas otherwise the tears would have drained. That was an additional $400 which I declined and have had no issues with dry eyes since my surgery. Also it did not include any touch-ups which means if you need to come back in within a few years after your eyes of healed in which case they wanted an additional $1,400. So it's interesting to me that you actually end up paying about $3,500 one way or the other Groupon or not if you want these extra services that I was told was included to begin with. So I did get the surgery and other than feeling like I was a little deceived I really can't complain. It's been 4 days and I can see perfectly out of my right eye and my left eye is just a little blurry which I'm told will go away within a few days. Well hopefully it does I didn't buy the insurance for $1,400.
