I can recommend JMAC without hesitation! They were recommended by our realtor when we sold a rental house and the home inspection found that the A/C was not working. Cody in the office arranged for Lonnie to meet me there early the next morning, he replaced an inexpensive transformer and checked the rest of the system. A pack rat was nesting in the unit, but everything checked out OK. I was surprised at their bill, which was far less than I expected. A few weeks later the A/C was not working, and Lonnie came out the very next day. The rodent had evidently chewed some wire insulation and the system was occasionally shorting out. He quickly found the problem, fixed it, and Matt called with the report of what the problem was. He said the second service call was at no charge, and I argued that it certainly was NOT their fault.
