Should have listened. I was warned by my parents about Ashley Furniture. I will admit that I was skeptical about them considering all the negative reviews about them. I am giving this review based upon several factors: customer service, delivery, diversity of furniture,and quality of product. Quality of product is a 1 in that the rails supporting my mattress were not made of metal but of wood, which is a must for today's mattresses. My mattress is a heavy one. No capacity ratings on their bed frames, how the heck do these businesses get away with this crap. Ashley Furniture makes the process of getting answers near impossible and when you feel entitled to compensation, they get you with all of the paperwork you have to sign. I will never shop here again. Now have to find new bed. These people need to be shut down!!!!
