I usually go here for an eyebrow wax but won't go back after this morning. The aesthetician (Whitney) is great, however, the receptionist is not. I was short with her because she wanted me to change my appointment (which was made a month ago) because they had a wedding party. Ordinarily not a problem, but today I couldn't be flexible. And my brows take all of 15 minutes. I felt badly and apologized to her. First time she did not acknowledge me but I thought she hadn't heard me. Second time she also did not acknowledge my apology, however she happily ran my card with my payment. So I am done. I'm not sure I even needed to apologize except that I felt badly. The salon is extremely convenient for me but I will not go back.
