This is the first time I've walked out of a place. I got to my appointment 15 minutes early assuming there would be paperwork. No "hello, how can I help you" or acknowledgement whatsoever. There was another couple ahead of me waiting to be acknowledged also. Then 2 separate people entered after me.
Picture 6 patients standing around the front desk waiting as 3 employees sit talking to one another for 10 minutes without looking up.
Finally a clipboard materialized and we were told to "sign in and sit down". Just like that. While sitting in the waiting room I pulled up Yelp and read the previous reviews. I immediately walked back up to the front desk and said "I'm canceling this appointment and I won't be back"
I called another dentist's office a few blocks away and they got me in right away. I'm leaving that office a 5 star review!
