I only attended one class but it was soooo good! I went to the flexibility class which helps you stretch for over an hour and felt absolutely amazing for the next week. The sedentary nature of my lifestyle can really take a toll, so it was nice to get some help stretching out. I was sore for days (in a good way).
The instructor was really approachable and even though it was a large class she provided all of the students with individual attention and modifications. The staff was friendly and seemed really cool. I'd totally recommend it
