I've called LV Rooter Man because my kitchen sink was clogged, the dispatcher lady told me that if my kitchen sink has a clean out the price will be $49 to fix it. I told her that I don't know what a clean out is and she said that the technician will let me now the price upfront if not accessible clean out was available.
