I chose to use Safelite to replace my windshield in my 2011 Ford Fusion. I had scheduled for them to come on March 14th between 8am and 12pm. The technician Alex called me at 8:30 am and asked if I would be able to change my appointment to the afternoon and I had explained to him that I could not do that due to my work schedule he then told me he would try to fit me in before I had to work. He then called me at 10am and said he would call me as soon as he was leaving the job he was at now and come fix my windshield before I had to go to work. It is now 12:33pm haven't heard anything from him and he didn't bother to show up. Safelite is very unprofessional and I would not recommend to anybody!!
