Since this place is on campus it is usually very busy and compared to the Starbucks across from campus it's not as good. The students who work the cash register barely listen to hear what your name is. Getting the name right on the cup is not a big deal to me, but I have gotten so many different interpretations of my name Jacey. I'm used to people writing it as JC, but here they have written JB, JV, and Jason.. But again the name doesn't matter that much I've made it into a game now to see what I will get!! Down to the real deal, the coffee. It's ok, but my drinks are never filled to the top, and I have repeatedly gotten whipped cream when I asked for it to be left off. They have over charged me on drinks before too. They also don't put prices up of the new "specialty" drinks ever so you never know the price. Don't go right when a class lets out because you will be extremely late for your next class. I have waited at least 10 minutes for a drink even when there were only 2 other people in line and up to 15-20 minutes at peak times. To be fair, I have gotten really great drinks and fast service every now and then, but for the past four years I have been left slightly disappointed more times than not. But it's on campus so I don't have much of a choice!
