I contacted Columbia Florist after ordering an arrangement for dear friends of mine who lost their grandmother. The arrangement made it to the funeral home but not to the family or the service at the church. After talking to the funeral home, they stated they usually don't accept arrangements and don't take them to churches or off site services etc. even though the Legacy.com site and FTD link says otherwise. Columbia offered to send another arrangement to the family at no cost and I am thankful for the wonderful customer service Sandy provided today to help us send our condolences.
