There was literally no wait to speak to a banker to assist me. Not only did Lakiesha , replace my cards but she gave me recommendations, that would prevent this from happening in the future. Her customer service was so impeccable that I didn't feel like just another number at a bank, I felt she cared about what's best for me. Going into the bank is a pain. But if there were more bankers like Lakiesha it would no longer be so tedious.
