I try not to make negative reviews but here we are?. It's been 3 days since I left the hotel and my back is still totally miserable. The beds are the worst part. All 6 of my traveling companions are in pain. There are no luggage carts:(. You have to traverse stairs in addition to great distance, from car to room. I have a baby... we had to carry the stroller down stairs.. everyday. Isn't that illegal? What about the handicapped? I have never had a room near an exit here, do they even exist? One tub was clogged up and the other had no plug. There is no freezer in the suite. The mirror is hung in a tiny hallway, it seems like the craziest place ever to hang a mirror. I like that the rooms surround the pool but I pretty much hate everything about this hotel, other than the price. Seriously reasonable rates. Sorry for my bad review
