I wasn't trying to spend $40+ on a haircut but after searching around yelp, I found Cynthia. She listens to what you want and really does what you ask. Ive had layers when I was younger but I grew them out and so my hair was long (and boring). It needed a pick me up and Cynthia provided that! I told her that since my hair grows fast maybe I could go shorter, but reminded me that you can't put it back, so start out with my original desired length and that if I wanted to go shorter then she would. I'm someone that doesn't trust anyone with my hair. I walked out extremely happy and no doubts at all. Less than $20 for a great haircut?! Yes please...and btw, I'm only in Vegas visiting family, I've had two people where I live cut my hair and all I can say is...I will wait until I can make another visit for her to do my hair.
