ZERO stars! Stay away! I cannot believe employees are allowed to treat customers this way. I dropped two dogs off for grooming this morning. I was told I would have to pay an additional $12 per dog for nail grinding. This doesn't make sense. A nail trim is included, so why charge me $12 more? I should be charged the difference between nail trim and grinding - which is $3. When I asked to speak with a manager about it, she agreed that the pricing policy was a mistake and said she would not charge me the additional $12/dog. When I picked up the dogs, another grooming employee decided he needed to reprimand me for questioning Petsmart policy. I was shocked he would do this. I have never and will never treat my customers like this. I told him to stop being so aggressive. He kept at it. He kept telling me how I was wrong and next time I would be charged the full $12/dog rate. Then another employee decided she needed to put her two cents in - Of course she took the side of the employee who was reprimanding me. I finally told them that further explanation was not needed. From this point further, all my dog food will be bought from Amazon and my grooming will be done by a local groomer. This is UNACCEPTABLE! You can be sure as shit I will NEVER give my money to any person or company who treats me this way. My motto has always been "Shop Local." You can be assured that when it comes to dog grooming, I will abide by my own rule from now on.
