I went to the diamond lounge with a friend. We had to wait around for about 15 minutes before they would allow us up on the elevator. Note: this is an exclusive lounge for those that have gambled a ridiculous amount to earn this "free" perk. We get up to the lounge and there is not a single open table. We end up sitting with a couple of strangers which is not a huge deal, just seems bizarre. The food was pretty awful- overcooked lasagna and some weird chicken stuffed peppers, along with a salad option. We saw the waitress once for one drink and we hung out and watched some tv, wanted a second drink, but she was nowhere to be found. All in all, a pretty disappointing perk for its upgrade members. My friend did say it was the worst service and food he had ever seen there, but not something I would be looking for based off of the experience I had.
