I am hesitant to update this review but I feel the need to voice my opinion. While I personally liked my stylist and assistant, liked the salon in general and felt like there was tremendous potential, the end result was not what I was expecting. I had requested a full highlight and cut. The cut was OK and I did not receive a full highlight or at least it doesn't appear that way. There are still a lot of regrowth in my hair showing and there are patches of dark roots all throughout my hair. When I wear my hair down it doesn't look so bad but once you start moving the hair around you start to see what just looks like a partial highlight that I was charged way too much money for. When I first left the salon it looked ok but truth is I'm very disappointed
