Visited on Saturday July 25 with my family and overheard screaming coming from the kitchen. Found out from the server that the kitchen manager had a meltdown with one of his subordinates regarding schedules. I have been a loyal patron of this casino since it opened but I will no longer give it our business as this is not what I expect when I take my family out; ridiculous and unacceptable.
"Management" is nonexistent and staff is rude and unapproachable. As a local who frequented this establishment at least 3x a week I expect much more.
I understand that the casino is being sold to Nevada Gold but I will not be patronizing this casino any longer. The "General Manager" walked right passed us and would not even exchange accepted greetings (Good evening, how are you tonight) much less attend to our complaints.
We will be taking our local business elsewhere and sharing our experience with friends, family, and via social media. Hope the new company finds a more suitable management team.
