Despite the long lines at times, they seem to move it pretty quickly! Always fast and effective when I've been in and the customer service has been good. I'm not expecting them to make full conversation, especially if lines are ridiculously long. People need to understand that if it's not priority, you need to provide your own tape, you also always should be prepared with your packages taped and all labels completed before going up to the window.
