My husband went to Jacksons today. We have gone there as a family for many years. My husband has automatic windshield wipers that come on whenever it rains. They apparently came on in the car wash. The workers brought them out to my husband and they were torn to bits. My husband talked to the manager and he said that it wasn't their fault or their problem. Many cars have this. I have a convertible and I am wondering if they would do the same thing IF something were to happen to the top, probably. I don't like to complain but come on. How many of you have cars that do this? Mine doesn't, I am old school but the newer ones do. I don't know if this is a new manager or not but we won't be going there anymore. We have been taking 4 cars there pretty much a month for so many years...We don't trust them anymore.
